  • “脑力激荡” 的在英语的原意是 “突发性的脑风暴”,是以集体思考的方式,让点子互相激荡,产生连锁效应,引导出更多的点子。
  • 参与 “脑力激荡” 的人必须做到以下几点:
  1. 提供越多点子越好。
  2. 在提出点子的阶段不给予评价。
  3. 鼓励有意义的自由联想。
  4. 利用并优化他人的点子。
ETYMOLOGY
  • The Mandarin term “脑力激荡” is a paraphrase of the English word “brainstorming”.
  • Brainstorming is a creative thinking method invented by Alex F. Osborn, founder of the American advertising company, BBDO.
  • The original meaning of the English term “brainstorming” is “a sudden neurological disturbance”, which is a method of collective thinking that enables ideas to bounce off one another, creating a chain effect that leads to more ideas.
  • Participants involved in brainstorming are required to do the following:
  1. Provide as many ideas as possible.
  2. Avoid judgments during the ideation stage.
  3. Encourage meaningful, free associations of ideas.
  4. Make use of and improve upon others’ ideas.
