  • 较常在潮州话、福建话（闽南话）等方言中使用。
  • 含有正面和负面的意思。
  • 正面的用法是叫一个人不要怕，要提起勇气去做事。
  • 负面的用法是当一个人做错事被责怪时，责怪他的人会把做错的事在“敢敢”的后面提及，目的是要让他们反省自己做错了什么事。
例句
但同样是黄梨，价位不一，有的较实惠，买得甘心，有的显嚣张，也不见得黄梨的个头比别人大多少，又不见得特别可口，却敢敢卖得较同类产品贵很多。（《联合早报》， 08/04/2021）
