  • 新加坡的司法机构利用现代电子化科技，实施了综合性电子诉讼系统（Integrated Electronic Litigation System）。
  • 2000 年，新加坡推出了电子归档系统（Electronic Filing System），从而使法庭文件能够以电子形式进行准备和归档，从而改变了民事诉讼的进行方式。
