由来
  • 马来语 Gado Gado 的意译。
  • 马来豆腐沙拉源自印尼，但在东南亚地区十分受欢迎，是当地的特色菜肴之一。
  • 马来豆腐沙拉的印尼语名称是 Gado Gado，含有掺杂搅拌的意思。
  • 传统的马来豆腐沙拉包括生和熟的材料，生材料包括黄瓜、洋葱、胡萝卜、生菜和包菜。熟材料包括豆芽菜、通心菜、长豆、包菜花、马铃薯、鸡蛋、豆腐、虾饼和小红葱头。
