仅有一间睡房的新加坡政府组屋。也称一房式组屋。

由来
  • 自 1960 年成立以来，新加坡建屋发展局（简称建屋局，Housing and Development Board）便负责为普通民众建设廉价且高质量的公共住房。
  • 政府组屋的型式，是依照睡房与客厅的房间数量总和进行划分。
  • 在 1960 至 1965 年间，约四成的组屋为一房式组屋。当时所兴建的组屋皆为租赁式组屋，一房式组屋的月租为 20 新币。
  • 根据 2020 年的人口普查（Census of Population）报告显示，共有百分之 6.5 的国人居住在一或二房式组屋。
  • 一房式组屋目前在公共住屋租赁计划（Public Rental Scheme）下租出，并仅限两人居住。
  • 租金方面，截至 2022 年，若家庭月收少于 800 元，一房式组屋的租金便介于 26 至 123 元之间，若家庭月收介于 800 至 1500 之间，一房式组屋的租金则介于 90 至 205 元之间。
  • 一房式组屋的面积一般少于 36 平方米。除了睡房外，还设有厨房及厕所。
  • 2020 年，国家发展部（Ministry of National Development）、卫生部（Ministry of Health）与建屋局联合宣布将推出称为 “社区关爱组屋” （Community Care Apartments）的一房式组屋，提供给满 65 岁的人士申请购买。首批组屋建于武吉巴督西九道（Bukit Batok West Avenue 9），约有 160 个单位，以 “亲乐龄” 的设计概念为首要考量。
  • 社区关爱组屋与一房式组屋的面积相同，约 32 平方米，购买者可选择介于 15 至 35 年的租约，房价则介于四万至十万元之间。
