  • 本地各大公共交通运营商在全岛各地都兴建了车厂，主要用于停放和维修地铁、轻轨列车及巴士。
  • Singapore Mass Rapid Transit（SMRT）集团旗下主要的巴士车厂有宏茂桥车厂（Ang Mo Kio Depot）、克兰芝车厂（Kranji Depot），以及兀兰车厂（Woodlands Depot）。
  • 万礼车厂（Mandai Depot）是新加坡兴建的第一所可同时停放巴士和地铁的综合车厂。
  • 在未来十年内，新加坡还将兴建东海岸综合车厂（East Coast Integrated Depot）和登加车厂（Tengah Depot）两所综合车厂。 其中东海岸综合车厂为首座结合了三所列车厂和一所巴士车厂的 “四合一” 综合车厂。
ETYMOLOGY
  • Major local public transport operators have built depots all over Singapore. These are mainly used for parking and conducting maintenance work on Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) trains, Light Rapid Transit (LRT) trains and buses.
  • The main bus depots under the Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (SMRT) group are the Ang Mo Kio Depot, Kranji Depot, and Woodlands Depot.
  • Mandai Depot is Singapore’s first integrated depot where both buses and MRT trains can be parked.
  • Over the next 10 years, Singapore will build two more integrated depots, the East Coast Integrated Depot and Tengah Depot. East Coast Integrated Depot is the first “four-in-one” integrated depot combining three train depots and one bus depot.
