  • 新加坡各大公共交通运营商与陆路交通管理局（Land Transport Authority，简称“陆交局”）在全国各地都兴建了车厂，主要用于停放与维修地铁、轻轨列车及巴士。
  • 目前，所有供公共交通使用的车厂在发包经营模式（Bus Contracting Model）及新地铁融资框架（New Rail Financing Framework）下，由陆交局所有。
  • 万礼车厂（Mandai Depot）是新加坡兴建的第一所可同时停放巴士与地铁的综合车厂。
  • 到了2026年，东海岸综合车厂（East Coast Integrated Depot）和登加车厂（Tengah Depot）这两所车厂也将竣工。东海岸综合车厂为首座结合了三所列车厂和一所巴士车厂的“四合一”综合车厂。
ETYMOLOGY
  • Singapore’s major public transport operators and the Land Transport Authority (LTA) have built depots all over the island. These are used for parking and conducting maintenance work on Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) trains, Light Rail Transit (LRT) trains and buses.
  • Currently, all public transport depots are owned by the LTA, under the Bus Contracting Model and New Rail Financing Framework.
  • Mandai Depot is Singapore’s first integrated depot where both buses and MRT trains can be parked.
  • By 2026, two more integrated depots will be completed, namely the East Coast Integrated Depot and Tengah Depot. East Coast Integrated Depot is the first “four-in-one” integrated depot combining three train depots and a bus depot.
