由来
  • 为了向在新加坡建国时期出生的前辈致敬，感谢他们为国家建设所做出的贡献，政府于2014年推出了建国一代配套（Pioneer Generation Package, PGP）。
  • 建国一代配套包括：在原有的津贴之外，在综合诊疗所和政府医院专科求诊，可在医疗服务津贴和药物津贴各别获得额外50%的津贴。到参与社保援助计划（Community Health Assist Scheme, CHAS）的家庭诊所和牙科诊所问诊，也可享有津贴。
  • 患有中度或重度残障的建国一代，在建国一代残障人士援助计划（Pioneer Generation Disability Assistance Scheme）下，每年将获得1200元的现金津贴。
  • 在终身健保（Medishield Life）计划方面，建国一代可获得介于200至800元的保健储蓄补贴。
  • 从2019年7月起至2020年12月31日，建国一代也将获得百盛乐龄卡（Passion Silver Card）一次性的100元充值，可用于参加各项保持身心活跃的活动。
ETYMOLOGY
  • To honour the Pioneers who were born during the founding of Singapore and express gratitude for their contributions to Singapore’s nation building, the Government launched the Pioneer Generation Package (PGP) in 2014.
  • PGP includes additional 50% subsidies on top of existing subsidies for services and medication at polyclinics and Specialist Outpatient Clinics. Subsidies can also be enjoyed at participating general practitioners and dental clinics under the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS).
  • Pioneer Generation members with moderate to severe functional disabilities will also receive a cash subsidy of $1,200 a year under the Pioneer Generation Disability Assistance Scheme.
  • Pioneer Generation members will also receive Medishield Life Premium subsidies of between $200 and $800.
  • From July 2019 to 31 December 2020, Pioneer Generation members will receive a one-off $100 Passion Silver Card top-up for use on active ageing programmes.
