ETYMOLOGY
  • The term bandung is from Malay and generally refers to the mixing of two or more things. In the Singapore context, “bandung” commonly refers to a specific drink.
  • Bandung is a sweet, rose-flavoured drink that is pink in colour. It is one of Singapore’s specialty beverages. 
  • While bandung is generally made fresh, it can also be bought in bottles or cans at shops and supermarkets.
