由来
  • 2012 年，建屋发展局（Housing and Development Board）挑选了裕华（Yuhua）组屋区的 38 座组屋进行试点，推出以节能为主轴的绿色家园计划。该项目已于 2015 年完成。
  • 自 2015 年 7 月 4 日起，德义（Teck Ghee）组屋区也被纳入绿色家园计划中。这一部分的计划目前仍在实施，预计完成后将惠及 5,800 户家庭。
  • 该计划包含增设双层脚踏车停车架（Dual Bicycle Rack Systems），为电梯安装能量再生系统（Elevator Energy Regeneration System），增设气动垃圾收集系统（Pneumatic Waste Collection/Conveyance System）及安装太阳能板（Solar Panel/Solar Photo Voltaic System）等。完成改造后，组屋平均将节省高达 20％ 的能耗。

ETYMOLOGY
  • In 2012, the Housing and Development Board (HDB) selected 38 HDB blocks in Yuhua estate for pilot testing of the HDB Greenprint, which launched with energy saving at its core. The project was completed in 2015.
  • Since 4 July 2015, Teck Ghee estate has also been included in the HDB Greenprint. This project is still being implemented and is expected to benefit 5,800 households upon completion.
  • The plan includes Dual Bicycle Rack Systems, Elevator Energy Regeneration Systems, Pneumatic Waste Collection/Conveyance Systems, and Solar Panel/Solar Photo Voltaic Systems. When completed, the HDB flats will reduce energy consumption by up to 20% on average.
  • The Pneumatic Waste Collection/Conveyance System in the HDB Greenprint supports the sorting of refuse and reduces manpower through its automated systems.
  • The HDB Greenprint also uses the Rain Harvesting System to save an average of 830 cubic metres of water used in cleaning HDB housing estates, thus preserving precious water resources.
