  • 英语 “Stock Exchange of Singapore Dealing and Automated Quotation System” (简称“SESDAQ”) 的意译。
  • 1987年二月，自动报价股市正式启业，成为新加坡的第二个股票市场。
  • 申请在自动报价股市挂牌的公司只需要有三年的营业记录。  
  • 自动报价股市上的交易主要通过线上系统进行。  
  • 中央托收公司 (The Central Depository) 负责保管所有在自动报价股市中可交易的股票。
  • 在自动报价股市进行交易的人士，只可以与报出买卖价的中间交易商交易。

  • The Mandarin term “自动报价股市” is a paraphrase of the English name “Stock Exchange of Singapore Dealing and Automated Quotation System”.
  • SESDAQ was officially launched in February 1987, becoming the second stock market in Singapore.
  • Companies that applied for listing on SESDAQ only needed to be in operation for three years.
  • Transactions on SESDAQ were mainly conducted through an online system.
  • The Central Depository was responsible for all the tradable stocks in SESDAQ.
  • Those who traded on SESDAQ could only trade with intermediaries who provided quotations.
  • In November 2007, SESDAQ was replaced by Catalist.
