  • “迁册” 意味着迁移注册地点或团体隶属关系的改变。
  • 在 2017 年公司法（Companies Act）的修正案中，财政部（Ministry of Finance）与新加坡会计与企业管理局（Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority，简称 ACRA）提出了外国公司在新加坡的向内迁册制度（inward re-domiciliation regime）。如此一来，外国公司就无需设立子公司。
ETYMOLOGY
  • Transfer of Registration means the relocation of the place of registration or changes to an organisation’s affiliation.
  • Under the Companies (Amendment) Act 2017, the Ministry of Finance and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) put forward the inward re-domiciliation regime for overseas companies in Singapore. In this way, overseas companies do not need to set up subsidiaries.
