  • 香滑的奶茶,加入浓郁的咖啡,这是香港独创的饮料,但也盛行于新马一带。
  • 在马来西亚,鸳鸯也称kopi cham(“咖啡掺”),而在新加坡也有咖啡店称kopi cham teh (咖啡掺奶茶)。
ETYMOLOGY
  • Created in Hong Kong, this unique drink is a mix of fragrant and smooth milk tea with strong coffee. It is also a popular drink in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • In Malaysia, yuanyang is also known as kopi cham (which means mixed coffee). Some coffee shops in Singapore also refer to this drink as kopi cham teh (which means coffee mixed with milk tea).
