Housing & Development Board (HDB) flats in Singapore with two bedrooms and a living room. Also known in Mandarin as “三房式组屋”. 

由来
  • 自1960年成立以来,新加坡建屋发展局(Housing & Development Board,简称“建屋局”)便负责为普通民众建设廉价且高质量的公共住房。
  • 政府组屋的型式是依照睡房与客厅的房间总数划分。
  • 在1960至1965年间,约三成的组屋为三房式组屋。当时所兴建的组屋皆为租赁式组屋,三房式组屋的月租为60元。
  • 人们目前可直接向建屋局或在公开市场上购买三房式组屋。
  • 2020年的人口普查(Census of Population)报告显示,共有17.7%的国人居住在三房式组屋。
  • 三房式组屋的面积一般约66平方米,除了两间睡房和客厅,还设有厨房、防空壕及厕所。两间睡房中面积较大的为主人房,房内还设有一间厕所。
  • 1989年,建屋局为了把当时剩下的8,000多间三房式组屋售出,便停止兴建三房式组屋。2004年,建屋局再次在盛港西(Sengkang West)推出156个三房式组屋单位,售价介于新币80,000至110,000元之间。
ETYMOLOGY
  • Since its establishment in 1960, HDB has been responsible for building affordable and good-quality public housing.
  • HDB flats are categorised according to the number of rooms in the flat, with the living room counting as one room.
  • From 1960 to 1965, about 30% of public housing flats were 3-room flats. At that time, public flats were only for rent. The monthly rent for 3-room flats was $60.
  • Currently, 3-room flats can be bought from HDB or on the open market.
  • According to the Census of Population in 2020, 17.7% of Singaporeans live in 3-room flats. The floor area of a 3-room flat is typically about 66 square metres. In
    addition to two bedrooms and a living room, there is also a kitchen, a bomb shelter, and two bathrooms. The larger of the two bedrooms is the master bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom.
  • In 1989, HDB decided to cease building 3-room flats in order to sell all of the approximately 8,000 remaining units. In 2004, it relaunched 3-room flats with 156 units in Sengkang West, with prices ranging from S$80,000 to S$110,000.
