一群人自愿地把钱储蓄在一起，建立的互助团体。

由来
  • 银会会员少则十人左右，多则 30 人以上。
  • 银会一般有一位领头，每位领头底下有数名会员，并且需要规定好每个月会员所要缴交的数额。领头将从中抽取一份，但会员若要领取银会的钱，就必须投标，由价高者获得。然而，投到标的会员在往后几个月就不能再投标，而且还需继续缴付每个月的贡献。
  • 1952 年至 1959 年之间，新加坡和马来西亚两国频繁出现银会诈欺案件。
  • 银会在新加坡为非法组织。
