外国人入境新加坡时需填报的纸质白色卡片表格。

由来
  • “新加坡入境卡”（SG Arrival Card）的俗称。
  • 在 2018 年之前，凡是旅客入境新加坡时都必须填写一张纸质白卡，在表格上要填报的内容包括个人资料及旅游信息等。
  • 一张完整的白卡由两个部分组成，左边及中间的部分在旅客入境时会被海关工作人员收下存档，右边的则是旅客在离境时要上交海关。
  • 2018 年 10 月 4 日，新加坡移民与关卡局（Immigration and Checkpoints Authority）推出试用性的电子入境卡，以期取代纸质白卡。
  • 2020 年 3 月 27 日，电子入境卡正式启用，所有到访新加坡的旅客需要在入境三天前上网填报个人资料、旅游详情，以及个人健康情况。
  • 根据当局统计，若使用电子入境卡，移民与关卡局每年能省下大约 4,800 万张白卡。
