A male service personnel on a passenger plane, abbreviated as “空少” in Mandarin. Also known in Mandarin as “空中先生”.

由来

新加坡航空公司（Singapore Airlines）的空中少爷及空中小姐，都需要接受四个月的培训，学习产品知识、服务流程、乘客处理、正确仪态、语言及沟通技巧、急救措施、安全装备与流程等。
新加坡航空公司对空服员的基本要求为具备大学资格、年龄 18 岁或以上、精通英语。此外，空中小姐的身高要求为至少 158 公分，空中少爷的身高要求则为至少 165 公分。

ETYMOLOGY

The male and female flight attendants from Singapore Airlines are required to attend four months of training to learn about product knowledge, service procedures, passenger handling, proper deportment, language and communication skills, emergency first aid, safety equipment and procedures, and other topics.
Singapore Airlines requires flight attendants to possess certain educational qualifications, be aged 18 or above, and be proficient in English. In addition, female flight attendants must be at least 158 centimetres in height, while male flight attendants must be at least 165 centimetres tall.
