  • “烧烤” 一词在新加坡指用火炭生火烧烤食物，也可泛指烧制或烤制的食品。

  • 新加坡的公园或公寓内一般设有烧烤台。烧烤台也称烤肉台，指的是烧烤用的炉子和食物台。
  • 近年，政府扩建民众俱乐部，并在新建造的屋顶天台上也设置烧烤台，供居民举行烧烤会。
