沙球朥路（Circular Road）的俗称。也称十三行后。

由来
  • 源自福建话或潮州话 chap poet keng au。
  • “十八间” 为驳船码头（Boat Quay）的俗称。有说法认为驳船码头边早年有18间店屋，因此得此称号。
  • 除了 “十八间”，驳船码头也俗称为 “十三行”、“吊船码头”、“水厝尾”，以及 “十八溪墘”。
  • 由于沙球朥路是驳船码头沿岸店屋背后的第一条马路，因此便俗称为 “十八间后”。
