  • 英语 “cluster housing” 的意译。
  • 1993 年，时任国家发展部长胡赐道宣布推行两种新的房屋建筑，其中就包括聚落式排屋。
  • 建造聚落式排屋是为了提供更多元的房屋方案供国人选择，也让屋主能够在清幽的环境中享有高端的住宅体验。
  • 聚落式排屋不仅在价格上比独立洋房（bungalow）亲民，设施也如公寓（condominium）般齐全。
  • 本地的首个聚落式排屋项目位于兀兰（Woodlands）。

ETYMOLOGY
  • The Mandarin term “聚落式排屋” is a paraphrase of the English term “cluster housing”.
  • In 1993, Richard Hu, then Minister for National Development, announced two new types of residential housing, one of which was cluster housing.
  • The building of cluster housing was meant to provide more diverse housing options for Singaporeans and allow homeowners to experience high-end living in a serene environment.
