由来

关于咖喱卜的由来有三种说法：一是源自 1800 年代的英国康沃尔馅饼（British Cornish Pasty），二是源自葡萄牙肉馅卷心菜（Portuguese Empanada），三是源自印度的咖喱角（Samosa）。
咖喱卜的外皮通常由纯面粉和牛油制作而成，内馅则是依据个人的喜好或店家的食谱而有所不同，但主要食材包括咖喱、马铃薯、肉丁和水煮蛋等等。

ETYMOLOGY

It is believed that there are three possible origins for the curry puff: The first is that it originated from the British Cornish Pasty of the 1800s, another is that it came from the Portuguese Empanada, and the third is that it came from the Indian Samosa.
The outer skin of a curry puff is usually made from pure flour and butter, and the filling varies according to personal preference or the different recipes used by stores. However, its key ingredients include curry, potatoes, diced meat and boiled eggs.
