佘街（Seah Street）的俗称。

由来
  • 海南三街与海南一街（即密陀路）为平行道路，横跨桥北路（North Bridge Road）和美芝路（Beach Road）两条主要道路。
  • 位于海南一街和美芝路交界处的琼州天后宫和海南会馆，分别是早期南来的海南人的信仰和社群中心。
  • 从海南一街算起，巴米士街（Purvis Street）和佘街（Seah Street）分别为海南二街和海南三街，而过了海南三街之后便是新加坡著名的莱佛士酒店（Raffles Hotel）。
  • 除了主祀海神妈祖的琼州天后宫及照应海南社群的海南会馆，以上三条街的范围内也可找到多处售卖海南咖啡、美食及小吃的餐厅。
  • 在 1950 至 1960 年代，海南三街上同乡会与公司（会馆）林立，当中以海南籍海员的同乡会——“新合盛” 较为闻名。
