老年人（Mainland China）、长者（Hong Kong）、老人（Taiwan）
Whether it is a government policy or project, activities and matters related to the elderly are often tagged with the term “乐龄”. As a result, many new terms were created such as Retirement Village (乐龄村), Senior Citizen's Week (乐龄周), Senior Citizens’ Centre (乐龄中心), Senior Citizen Apartment (乐龄公寓) and Senior Activity Centre （乐龄活动中心）.
