Noun

Single-use card-type ticket used for travelling on the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT).

 

由来
  • 普通车票(Standard Ticket)推出以前，乘客乘搭地铁或轻轨列车时可购买含磁片的单程车资卡，仅限购买当天适用。
  • 从2012年十一月起，新的标准车票计划(Standard Ticket scheme)开始在全岛推行，搭客可以购买往返车票(return ticket)。
  • 2022年，普通自动售票机售卖的单程车资卡逐步被淘汰。
ETYMOLOGY
  • Before the introduction of the Standard Ticket, passengers could purchase a magnetic Single Trip Ticket when taking the MRT or LRT, which had to be used on the day of purchase.
  • From November 2012, a new Standard Ticket scheme was gradually implemented islandwide. Under this scheme, passengers could purchase return tickets.
  • In 2022, the sale of Standard Tickets was phased out.
