将盛在器皿中的奶茶从高处往低处来回倒入另一个器皿中，使奶茶出现泡沫而且更香浓。

由来
  • 马来语 “teh tarik” 的意译。在马来语中，tarik 即是 “拉” 的意思。
  • 有说法认为拉茶源于马来西亚的印度回教移民，之后在马来亚地区流传开来。
  • 拉茶的做法是将煮好的奶茶来回数次倒入两个器皿中，由于在倒的过程中两个器皿逐渐分开，奶茶好比在空中被 “拉开”，因此得名。
