  • 源自广东话 chee cheong fun
  • 一般的做法是将米浆蒸熟后,卷成条状形。由于其形状与猪肠相似,因而得名。
  • 猪肠粉是广东地道的传统小吃,颜色白如雪,厚度薄如纸,入口特别嫩滑。猪肠粉因这些特质而著称。
  • 新加坡传统猪肠粉一般没有馅料,但是本地现在也能找到有虾仁或叉烧馅料的版本。品尝猪肠粉时,可以根据自己的喜好,选择不同的酱料蘸着吃。
ETYMOLOGY
  • The name originated from the Cantonese term chee cheong fun (literally, “pig intestine rolls”).
  • Chee cheong fun is made by steaming a mixture of rice flour and water in thin sheets. The sheets are then rolled up into long rolls, giving them a resemblance to pigs’ intestines, hence their name.
  • Chee cheong fun is a traditional Cantonese snack, enjoyed for its snow-white appearance, paper-thin layers, and silky texture.
  • Traditional Singaporean chee cheong fun does not have any fillings, but versions with prawn or char siew fillings are now found locally too. Chee cheong fun is eaten with various sauces to suit one’s taste and preference.
