由来
- 源自福建话 mee jian kueh。
- 有说法认为面煎粿源自福建，而后在新加坡、台湾、马来西亚、印尼等地流行起来。
- 面煎粿的外皮由煎熟的面浆制成，而内馅则以花生碎为主。除了传统的花生碎内馅，现代的面煎粿还有许多不同的口味，包括椰丝、芝士、炼乳、香蕉等。
- 制作面煎粿得先将面浆倒在一面圆形平面锅煎熟，再加入馅料，最后在出锅前将面皮折叠为半圆形裹住馅料。
