一种煎制的面食甜点,内馅以花生为主。

由来
  • 源自福建话 mee jian kueh
  • 有说法认为面煎粿源自福建,而后在新加坡、台湾、马来西亚、印尼等地流行起来。
  • 面煎粿的外皮由煎熟的面浆制成,而内馅则以花生碎为主。除了传统的花生碎内馅,现代的面煎粿还有许多不同的口味,包括椰丝、芝士、炼乳、香蕉等。
  • 制作面煎粿得先将面浆倒在一面圆形平面锅煎熟,再加入馅料,最后在出锅前将面皮折叠为半圆形裹住馅料。
