由来

在中国汉代就已经有“主簿官”一职，但指的是负责主管文书簿籍与印鉴、起草文件等文书事务的官职。
新加坡的主簿官归属于新加坡司法服务部（Singapore Judicial Service），并被委派至各法院担任相关的司法工作。
在新加坡的司法程序中，主簿官主要起到管理案件和辅助主审法官的作用。

ETYMOLOGY

The term “主簿官” has existed since the Han dynasty, but at that time it referred to an official in charge of clerical matters such as managing records, bookkeeping, seals, and drafting documents.
In Singapore, the position of the Registrar is under the Singapore Judicial Service.
In Singapore’s judicial process, the Registrar mainly manages cases and assists the presiding judge.
