  • 英语 “space shuttle” 的意译。
  • 1970年代,美国国家航空航天局 (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) 与前苏联中央空气流体动力学研究院都开展了可回收航天器的研发。
  • 2014年,新加坡人获得乘搭 “XCOR Lynx Mark II” 商业太空梭飞上太空的机会,代价是每名乘客新币125,000元。然而,不幸的是,在还未有任何航行前,该公司就取消了整项计划。
ETYMOLOGY
  • The Mandarin term “太空梭” is a paraphrase of the English term “space shuttle”.
  • In the 1970s, both the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of the United States and the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute of the Soviet Union began researching on reusable spacecraft.
  • In 2014, Singaporeans were offered a chance to become space tourists aboard the commercial space shuttle XCOR Lynx Mark II, at a price of S$125,000 per passenger. Unfortunately, the provider pulled the plug on the programme before any flights were made.
